Pathways is Toastmasters International’s education program, designed to help members develop and refine their communication and leadership skills. For members of District 100, Pathways offers a personalized learning experience with over 300 unique competencies across 11 specialized paths. Each path focuses on various aspects of public speaking, leadership, and personal development, allowing members to tailor their educational journey to their specific goals. By engaging in Pathways, members can enhance their skills through a combination of online learning, real-world projects, and mentorship opportunities, ultimately fostering growth within their clubs and communities.
During this year, the Pathways Learning Management System will be undergoing updates and transition. There will be only 6 Paths after the update. The below information has been adjusted to reflect this and help you have an easier adjustment.

The Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) award is the highest recognition in Toastmasters. It signifies exceptional leadership and communication skills, achieved by completing advanced education, leadership roles, and a significant project. Less than 1% of all Toastmasters achieve this.
