Similar to International Speech Contest, you may give any speech that is 5-7 minutes in length. 

While the International Speech Contest and Online Speech Contest have similar speeches, they are 2 different speech contests.

• For the International Speech Contest, the contestants must appear at each contest IN PERSON at the Area, Division, and District level. The winner of this contest will have the chance to proceed to the International World Championship.
• For the Online Speech Contest, all participants must be ONLINE at the Area, Division, and District level. The winner of this contest WILL NOT proceed to the World Championship, but will receive a $100 gift pack.

• All:
  • Contestant cannot be running for an elected District Officer role.
  • Contestant must not be a current Area Director, Division Director, Administration Manager, Finance Manager, Public Relations Manager, Club Growth Director, Program Quality Director, District Director, or Immediate Past District Director.
•  International:
  • Contestant must be a paid member of a club in good standing (8 or more paid members)
  • Contestant must have competed at least two levels in a Pathway or be a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM)
  • Contestant must compete in-person at the Area, Division, and District level.
• Online:
  • Contestant must be a paid member of a club in good standing (8 or more paid members)
  • Contestant must compete online at the Area, Division, and District Level
