🔹 Volunteer Coordinator – The mastermind behind our mission’s success! You’ll organize, support, and energize our volunteer team, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for everyone. (1 Hybrid Position Available)

🕵️ Operations Team – The elite field agents! You’ll handle logistics, troubleshoot issues, and provide hands-on support throughout the event, ensuring every aspect of the conference runs like a well-planned mission. (8 In-Person Positions Available)

🎟 Opportunity Drawings – The excitement builder! You’ll manage drawings and giveaways, keeping attendees engaged and eager to win fantastic prizes. (3 In-Person Positions Available)

🎲 Game Facilitator – The fun architect! You’ll lead interactive spy-themed games and activities, ensuring attendees stay engaged, connected, and entertained. (2 In-Person Positions and 2 Remote Positions Available)

📝 Copy & Materials Editors – The detail detectives! You’ll review and refine event materials, ensuring all communications, programs, and signage are polished and professional. (3 Remote Positions Available)

🔧 Setup/Breakdown – The behind-the-scenes hero! You’ll assist with setting up and breaking down event spaces, helping create an organized and welcoming environment. (10 In-Person Positions Available)

💻 Zoom Masters – The virtual command center! You’ll manage the Friday night online speech contest and the Virtual Zoom Rooms for Saturday, ensuring a smooth experience for speakers and audience members. (3 Remote/Hybrid Positions Available)

📸 Photographers – The storytellers! You’ll capture key moments throughout the event, preserving the excitement, energy, and connections made. (3 In-Person Positions Available)

🛎 Registration – The first impression specialists! You’ll welcome attendees, assist with check-in, and provide key information to ensure a smooth entry into the conference. (4 In-Person Positions Available

🔌 Onsite Tech – The mission control experts! You’ll assist with A/V, presentations, and tech setup, making sure everything runs smoothly for speakers and workshops. (3 In-Person Positions Available)
