The curtain rises on District 100’s grand finale – a dazzling celebration of unity, achievement, and the brilliance that shines within us all.
Beneath a sky of stars and shimmering masks, we gather to honor our journey, our members, and the connections that make our District extraordinary.
The event begins Friday evening with an online speech contest, setting the stage for a day of inspiration, learning, and celebration on Saturday at Caltech.
As night falls, the magic unfolds at the Starlit Masquerade Ball, where music, laughter, and dance fill the air. It’s a time to celebrate, to connect, and to let your spirit illuminate our path as we move into our Final Act!

FBI Supervisory Special Agent George Boykins has been with the Bureau since 2009, following a career as an officer with the Orlando Police Department, where he served as a member of S.W.A.T., as an undercover narcotics officer and in the Bike Unit, as well as being a field training officer. SSA Boykins puts all these skills to work at the FBI where he currently supervises investigations involving violent crime, gangs and drug trafficking, among others.
