The Arcadia Experiment – 10 to 30 members in one year
Newly elected Club President Sean Lee discovered himself leading a club with ten members and low attendance. Determined to revive his club that had served its members for nearly 80 years, he called upon his marketing and social media skills to rebuild the membership and provide the benefits of Toastmasters to members new and established alike. One year later, the club is thriving with 30 members! In this class, he shares his formula for success with you to take back to your club.

The Area Director’s Club Visit Report (Item 1471) is the tool used to assess the overall quality of clubs. Learn how best to utilize this tool to support your clubs and provide an effective Toastmasters evaluation that is valuable to the club officer and the District It is also a valuable resource for the district because, once completed, the report identifies how district leaders can best support the club.
