B.      Incentives for Area Directors

However, if District 100 is recognized as a “President’s Distinguished” district for its service to members between 7/1/2018 and 6/30/2019, the Club Growth Director believes additional recognition (a certificate and choice of full reimbursement of one Pathways path) is necessary for those Area Directors whose qualified leads converted to chartered clubs between 7/1/2018 and 6/30/2019.

Requests for reimbursement of a Pathways Path require proof of purchase and must be submitted before midnight on 7/14/2019. All gift certificates expire on 6/30/2020.

Incentives are based on submission of qualified leads and conversion into new/charter club.  Qualified leads should be shared with the Club Extension Chair (Karen Lucas, DTM, IPDD) as soon as possible because incentives change at the beginning of every 12-week year.

Incentives are based on the date when Toastmasters receives all paperwork and money for a newly chartered club rather than the date when a lead was submitted or a launch meeting took place.

Should any of the proposed incentives violate tax law, jeopardize the not-for-profit status of Toastmasters International, or significantly increase the liability of Toastmasters International, the incentives will be revised or removed.
